NiniChef started as a serious game project in the Alavi Group, a famous chain school with more than 120 branches in Iran. Soon, it expanded as many kids showed interest in learning how to kook project.
Afterward, the board decided to consider NiniChef a spinoff company and design its road map for the international market.
In addition, our board members come from the education industry. Our more than two decades of successful presence in the educational market in Iran give us a profound understanding of this market, children’s requirements, and the potential obstacle.
Our Team
Ninichef is run by two moms who have stronger motivations than other businesswomen, and their objective is beyond the regular profit. They care about their children and want to ensure they have invested in every aspect of their lives and future, enriching their leisure time.
This differentiates the company owners’ approach since they are not only the executives of a company but conscious mothers who deal with NiniChef’s serious customers every single day.
Sahar Rastgar
is the CEO of the NiniChef. With more than a decade of background working in teaching and managing educational centers, like her experience in Alavi as one of the best chain schools in Iran, and following her Ph.D. degree in Educational Management, she has taken responsibility for managing a company’s overall operations including delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the partners and customers.
Leila Mirkazemi
is a co-founder and Chief Information Officer of NiniChef. She has a bachelor’s in statistics and has deep knowledge of analytics. She uses various data mining techniques to get insights from the data for quantitative decision-making for the executives and leading the company towards its vision. She is in charge of assessing current processes and integratingartificial intelligence and data-driven analytics in NiniChef. She cares about children as much as about the company’s good statistics and results.
Mission
NiniChef’s mission is to provide an interactive medium for children and their instructors, whether their teachers in school or parents at home, to empower their skills while having fun and learning how to cook healthy foods.
We have mixed the pre-school and elementary school curriculum with a gamification method to enrich the children’s knowledge about nutrition and cooking and enhance their Life Skills using Personalization of Learning.
